Abstract: This is a public domain article.
The prime E field radiation and shielding system of the cosmos is
the background medium for all electromagnetic radiation, all cosmic magnetic
fields and it is the first cause for the solar and galactic energy and electric
force production and global warming. Shielding of the radiation results in
a voltage field (polarization field) which is the first cause for the electrical polarization of the Earth,
and all objects and atoms in the Universe. The radiation is isotropic, exhibits a
near infinite speed and is not electromagnetic nor particulate radiation. * * *

The cosmic electrical force fields are the result of matter shadowing
the isotropic E Field radiation of the Universe.
In outer free space there are no E force fields
because all radiant rays are balanced by the interference of an opposing radiant ray, i.e. the radiant flow is isotropic. The
gradient force fields (voltage) manifest only in the
neighborhood of planets and objects. Within the shadow area above a planet there is a full flow of radiation from outer space, and a
reduced flow from the direction of the planet. This results in an unbalanced E
field flow toward the planet which causes all planets and objects to appear
highly positive when viewed from outer space.
The intensity of
the unbalance with distance follows the inverse square gradient in the same
manner as occurs with gravitational radiation. Every gradient over a distance in
an E radiation field is a voltage field.
The cosmic E field prime radiation is isotropic and travels at near infinite
speed. It is not electromagnetic nor particulate radiation yet it is the
background medium for EM radiation, starlight, solar wind and particulate cosmic ray energy, magnetic fields, and
cohesion of particulate matter.
All celestial bodies and neutral charge objects are shadowing the Prime
Electric force radiation (Pe), and therefore they must "appear"
the same as a positive charge (Pe sink) when viewed from space.
From a planet or moon, outer space "appears"
the same as a local negative charge, i.e., a local E field radiation source.
If a satellite in orbit outside of the Earth and Moon system were to make
directional electrometer measurements, it should find that the Earth and Moon
shield the isotropic electric radiation (Pe), in a manner similar to the
shielding of the isotropic
radiation of gravity and starlight.
In such an
electrometer measurement scenario this model predicts that the planets and moons
would register as a positive charge,
and the same instrument when aimed at outer space; will detect the prime E field radiation as
the same radiation as that which is emitted from a point source negative charge.

This shielding system provides the foundation for understanding the formation of
a logical geometric system, to aid interacting with and utilizing nature's cosmic
electrostatic force and energy systems.
The electric field radiation is evidenced by the
known natural polarization of the earth
sphere, the atmosphere and the ionosphere.
It is the force that separates (polarizes) the ( + ) and ( - ) charges in a cloud, thus
providing the energy for lightning.
A second example of evidence is the cosmic particle accelerator
fields that provide cosmic ray particulate energies that are millions of times
greater then the energy that is available with man-made particle accelerators.

Cosmic Electric Force Fields Cont.
The existence of the isotropic E field radiation of the Universe does not
depend on the existence of particulate charge or matter, Yet, electrons and
electric charges are local point sources and sinks of E field radiation, within the
Cosmic background E field radiation. If there were no free electrons or
negative ions in outer space, the E field voltages would still exist through
shielding of the E radiation by matter.
This shadowing process is an additional and previously
unrecognized natural physical process for producing a voltage field. Heretofore, it
has appeared that the only means for generating a voltage field was via excess charge or
dynamic magnetic fields.
This gravity defying force which is demonstrated by the mysterious "continued
acceleration with distance" of the solar wind particles and cosmic
ray particles,... is clearly predicted by this model via shadowing of the
isotropic electric prime radiation.
Various hypothesized causes that appear in the
literature have normally attributed the accelerating force, for the solar wind,
and particulate cosmic rays, to
energetic events at the source body.
Since the acceleration of the solar wind
continues out in planetary space it is not possible to attribute the ... continued
... acceleration to a single energetic event, (i.e. - explosion) at the source.
Explosions will provide velocity to particles but will not cause
"continued" acceleration with distance.
However, the phenomena of
continued acceleration of the solar wind with distance is exactly predicted
by the Sun's and the Milky Way's shadowing of the electric force radiation. This
shadowing causes unbalanced radiation flow and is the first cause of the
detectable, measurable and usable cosmic electric force field that
polarizes the earth-sphere, the atmosphere, the clouds, the ionosphere, the solar systems,
and the galactic systems. Continued
Polarization of Planets via Shielding of Cosmic E
Field Radiation.
Without a cosmic isotropic radiation and shadowing system there is no recognized first cause nor theory for the
existence of the coulomb force (E fields) between electrically charged objects,
neutral particles and nucleons,... and no known cause or viable theory for the forces of
Gravity and Inertia.
Some models by other authors attribute the diverging Solar winds' continued acceleration to the
pressure of sunlight. If this were a valid cause, neutral particles from space
would not fall to the Sun and the Earth under the influence of gravity.
The diverging positive solar wind ions are not "attracted" to the
negative E field of space. "Attraction" forces do
not exist in this radiation and shadowing system. The solar wind ions are responding to the non-coherent divergent
unbalanced
flow of the reflected prime gravitational and electrical
radiation spectra. All accelerating motion of a free object is due to
entrainment with an unbalanced flow field of radiation. The diverging radiation
spectra provide the accelerating force and energy for the diverging solar
wind. * * *
As a measure of the extreme voltage available in this cosmic shadowing
system, the cosmic ray particle energy is compared to the puny particle energies available with
the strongest man~made particle accelerators:
- The highest energies reported for cosmic rays is 3 X 10^22 eV.
- The highest energies via man~made accelerators is 1 X 10^12 eV.
From the above comparison it is seen that this cosmic "particle accelerator"
system of Nature is 30 Billion times more energetic than the best man-made
"particle accelerators". This
indicates that outer space is an environment where accelerative electric
force gradients
( E field ), as total polarizing voltage fields exist that are extremely larger than those achievable within an
atmosphere.
When the thirty billion times force
multiplication is applied to earthbound E force records, it is seen that astounding
force is available. When a dry hard rubber comb is charged by passing it through dry
hair, the charge will easily pick up a piece of paper through a small distance.
Obviously this puny E field is defeating the pull of gravity for that piece of paper.
Now when one visualizes that same experiment with that E force multiplied by
more than thirty billion times, it becomes obvious that empty space is not
empty. Of course those extreme voltages are not attainable within our
atmosphere, but they exist in outer space,...clearly evidenced by the known measured energy of
Nature's cosmic ray particles.
The same E field force that energizes cosmic ray particles is also energizing
Electrons in the opposite direction and toward the suns. This alerts us to the
near infinite force and energy available from Nature's systems that Dr. Nikola
Tesla referred to as "The Wheel Works of Nature". With such extreme E field
forces available, Occam's razor indicates that gravity and inertia may exist as sub
features of the E field radiation system.

Cosmic Voltage Extremes Cont.
The E fields generated by the shadowing process dominates
over E fields generated by the presence of electric charge. It appears that the shadowing
process is the only system that is able to produce the absolute highest E force
differential ( voltage ) available in the domain of our known
Universe.
Using the standard electrical physics model for charge
flow and applying it to the data
concerning the inflow of electrons and the outflow of positive ions (solar wind),...
one would have to conclude that the Sun should exhibit an extreme negative
voltage due to the loss of positive charge and the accumulation of electrons. Yet the acceleration of positive ions away from the Sun clearly
indicates the exact opposite. The Sun exhibits the characteristic of having the highest possible
positive voltage relative to outer space due to the shadowing process; ...
without regard to the presence or absence of excess
electrons.
Comparing electrical force to gravitational force:
The Van der Waals force and covalent bonding are recognized as an electrical force which
produces the strength of materials. Comparing the maximum known
electrical force of the
Electric field radiation to gravity is facilitated by using the maximum strength of
material data for
Diamond Anvil,...66.5 million PSI. This E Field electrical force is 76.8% of the value of the maximum
gravitational force.
The maximum intensity of
our gravitational force field is revealed
when all of the gravitational spectrum from one direction is shielded. The
DENSARE graph demonstrates that the
maximum gravitational pressure for the large black shadow
planets is 86.6 million PSI in our solar system. The atomic and molecular material of a zero gravity
core supports this maximum gravitational pressure and the cohering strength of
the core material is the force of the E force field radiation, i.e. Van der
Waals force.
This indicates that the E field electrical force can equal the maximum
gravitational force in "our solar system" and may be able to exceed that value.
Without the concept of isotropic prime radiation and
shadowing our present physical science does not provide a physical mechanism to
explain the cause of this large positive voltage. However a prime radiation
and shadowing model clearly presents a causal mechanism,...
responsible for the actual positive voltage displayed by all stars, planets and moons. It should be noted
that an accumulation of
excess positive particulate charge (+ ions) is not required to develop
this positive voltage (gradient) referenced to distance space.

This positive voltage potential (E force)
will be found on all free space objects and is exclusively due to the
shadowing of the Universe's prime isotropic Pe spectrum. Prior to the recognition of
this prime radiation and shadowing
system there have only been the following methods of generating remote electric
force:
** Excess of electric charge in relation to ambient;
** Deficiency of electric charge in relation to ambient;
** Changes in a magnetic field.

Electric Polarization of Earth The above image of Mount Rinjani, Indonesia is an example of the lightning that
occurs during many volcanic eruptions. The lightning occurs because the ash
cloud is negatively charged in relation to the Earths surface. Since the
volcanic ash originated below the surface it demonstrates that the interior
of the Earth is more negative than the surface. The polarizing E field of
the Earth-Cosmos has not only polarized the atmosphere and the ionosphere but it
has also polarized the interior and the oceans of the Earth.
The combination of,...the highly positive ocean surface and,...the existence
of the polarizing Cosmic E field, must contribute to the process of evaporation.

The "Voltage via Shielding" image
displays the polarization of the clouds, the atmosphere and the ionosphere with a
positive charge on the top and a negative charge on the bottom. It is
apparent that this is in response to the Earth shielding the E field of
space and therefore the Earth appears as a positive charge relative to the E
field of space. This "apparent" positive charge of Earth does not require
excess positive charge on Earth. The shadowing and unbalancing of the normal
balanced E radiation provides the gradient in the near Earth E field. This
system predicts that this shadowing effect subjects the Earth's interior to the
same E field gradient as the clouds and ionosphere. Therefore the Earth's
interior E field should exhibit a gradiant polarization, with a positive charge on the surface relative to
a negative center, producing a Van de Graaph system.
In the Hancock,
Michigan Tamarack copper mines two wires were suspended from the surface and
let down 4400 feet deep into the mine. It was found that these wires would
not hang straight; but would diverge, much like the gold leaves on a charged

From the above description of the Sun's
extremely high positive voltage it is obvious that the Sun functions as a sink
for electron flow from space. The energy production process at the Sun can be
compared to the process within a common vacuum tube. In a vacuum tube the
electron leaves the cathode and accelerates through the voltage field to the
plate. All of the eV energy gained by the electron is expended at the plate in the
form of heat or EM radiation. If the current limit is exceeded it will melt a
portion of the plate.
In comparing the Solar process to the vacuum tube, the free voltage is provided
by the Sun shielding the isotropic Electric force field radiation. The free electrons
in space respond to the voltage by accelerating toward the Sun, just as they
would toward a positive plate or ion. The corona of
the Sun provides the function of a plate (anode) and the vacuum of space
surpasses the vacuum in a
tube. The Sun's Corona electric free energy creation is due to the incoming electrons
meeting with the diverging solar wind positive ions and positrons. The
Corona serves as the plate or anode in this comparison and exhibits a
temperature of one million degrees Kelvin
The total electric current flow
between the Sun and outer space consists of...
-
The convergent flow:... Electrons, Negative ions,...
produced by the Sun's light and radiant EM energy causing photo ionization
of space particles, i.e.: solar wind, comet trails and space dust bunnies. Free
electrons from photo ionization are the step that closes the circuit in this
closed energy cycle...and
- The divergent flows:
- Positive ions..., the solar wind particles continuously accelerating
into outer space.
- Electrons and negative ions accelerating into outer space from
the poles.
With the
extremely high voltages in this process, the Electric Circuit Power is a
major energy source existing for the total electric current
cycle between the Sun and outer space. The article

The Sun's Energy Sources Cont.

velocities of both types of wind increase with distance from the Sun. Finding a
consistent explanation of why, and how this acceleration occurs has been an
elusive goal. Unquote
This prime radiation and shadowing system of
the E force
radiation provides a clear and logical cause for the existence of this
natural extremely
high positive voltage and the resulting velocities increasing
with distance, i.e. (acceleration).
Presently the Standard Physics Model does not provide a cause for the
Sun's magnetic field. However, the E field radiation and
shielding does model the cause of the Sun's magnetic field as being due to
the current flow into and out of the Sun.
The evidence of the Milky Way's magnetic field and the Milky Way's sun type energy center
indicates the additional handy-work of the E field radiation process.

Electron Annihilation With just
this electron sinking process and no return circuit for electrons,...the Sun would shortly obtain a very large excess of
electrons. Yet, it is clear that the Sun is extremely positive relative to
outer space, as evidenced by the
expulsion of the positive ions of the solar wind. The
obvious question is,... what happens to all of the incoming electrons ??
This model predicts that the annihilation of these incoming electrons
is one major cause of the Sun's energy and Gama Ray production. It is expected that this
annihilation process is very similar to the process presently used in Positron
Emission Tomography (PET) machines. The PET process depends on the mutual
annihilation of electrons and positrons to produce detectable energy and gamma rays .
The Milky Way's Gamma-Ray
Energy
This electron disintegration process provides an additional cause for the outpouring of
Gama Ray and EM energy created at the
galaxies and the outer layers of the Sun
and the disappearance or decay of the excess inflowing electrons.
The motion of our solar system with the Milky Way rotation
may bring us through space neighborhoods that have differing
concentrations of free electrons. Such changes in electron concentrations (space
weather) may contribute to Earths ice ages and global warming periods. The
Earth's temperature is mainly dependent on the Sun's energy, however, there may
be some contribution to the temperature from the isotropic electron current
converging on the Earth.
The Sun's Energy Sources Cont.
This Prime E field radiation system,...
is the medium for the transmission of the above Gamma Rays and all EM radiation, and
provides the force, energy and the continued acceleration for the particulate
Cosmic rays and the converging electron flow.
Additional common electron energy processes are:
- Chemical energy and burning,
- Resistance heating,
- Plasma and anode plate heating within vacuum tubes
and particle accelerator tubes.
- A large electromagnetic pulse (EMP) is associated
with every nuclear detonation.
There is no previously known physical process that can be called the proven
cause of the light, heat and other EM energies emanating from the Sun. The two popular
hypothetical proposals for the source of this energy are:
- The Sun generates the
energy by the hydrogen fusion process.
- The Sun provides energy
via the homo polar generator process.
In view of the fact that the temperature of
the Sun increases with altitude above the Sun's surface, the well
established thermodynamic process of heat
energy flow (hot to cold only) eliminates
the atomic fusion option as a necessary causal mechanism for the Sun's energy
production!
The homo polar generator proposal only transfers the quest to finding the first
source of energy for turning the generator.
The only source remaining is
the E field radiation and shielding system that provides the
polarization and solar energy
for all objects in space.
The most recognized form of field propulsion is
the natural planetary gravity assist system for spacecraft, made available to
the world and NASA by the astonishing works
of Dr. Michael Minovitch.
His gravity assist slingshot method robs a portion of a planets orbital inertial
energy through a crack the whip type encounter with the planets gravitational
field, thereby obtaining an increase in the spacecrafts velocity. Valuable
treatments of the physical and mathematical mechanics of the gravity assist

However the planetary shadowing of Minovitch's gravity assist method can only
provide "attractive" force for neutral charge objects,... whereas this electric
propulsion assist method can provide
forces of repulsion and apparent "attraction" for charged objects.
If the
shadowing and sinking of the Pe radiation flow by the Earth were total, then the Earth would
represent the largest voltage possible, as referenced to outer
space, within the system of Electric physics. This voltage (unbalanced Pe
flow) would not be due to a deficiency of electrons on the planet, nor
an excess of electrons in space,...but would be
due to the shadowing of the radiation flow of the normally isotropic Pe spectrum. This maximum positive
at the shadowing body would be analogous to an absolute zero temperature in the
thermodynamic system. This virtual positive voltage would exist,...even though
the shadowing celestial body had an equal amount of negative and positive charge (neutral).
This suggests that if a satellite has sufficient
altitude to be clear of the particulate smog, i.e.( ions and electrons surrounding
the earth moon system,) the satellite would be subjected to:
- Some degree of repulsion from earth
if it were provided with a high positive charge.
- Apparent "Attraction"; for the satellites able to maintain a neutral
charge. (component of gravity)
- Additional "attraction" if the satellite is provided
with a high negative charge.
- Electrostatic Force gradient stabilization
for attitude control of space craft via the E field gradient and the use of
charged booms, in a manner similar to gravity gradient stabilization.

It is not suggested that the force from a large positive
charge on a free object would completely counteract gravity, but this model
predicts that some degree of opposition to gravity would exist. Since excess
charge appears to accumulate only on the outside
surface of conducting objects it is expected that excess charge
would not have the same effect as the forces of gravity and inertia that act on
the total volume of the object. In the text book, University Physics,
the ratio of electrostatic force to gravitational force between two alpha
particles is reported to be 3.1 X 10^35. Van de Graff static generators
readily demonstrate electrostatic force overcoming the weaker gravity as
particles are repelled upward from the positive charged top of the generators.
It is important to note that a positive charge on a body within
the atmosphere or ionosphere would shortly become neutral (de-ionized) through
re-combination and would not experience the same repulsive force that it would
be subjected to when it is outside of the
atmosphere / ionosphere plasma.
Nature's demonstrations of this process are the solar wind and cosmic
ray particles. This wind
consists of protons and positive ions being accelerated from the Sun to a
speed of one to two million miles per hour. Yet, negative ions, neutrons, neutral
particles and electrons flow into the Sun.
The following quote from
NASA's JPL Labs provides their view of this subject as related to the positive
ion wind also diverging from Earth.
Quote An average of 50 tons of plasma per day in this field
flows against the gravitational pull of the Earth,... much as the solar
wind flows away from the sun. This plasma contains hydrogen, helium, oxygen
and nitrogen atoms and ions. .....
In periods of intense solar activity, Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) can compress the Earth's magnetosphere. CMEs that travel
faster than the lowspeed solar wind produce leading shock waves and force
energetic protons (H+) into the Earth's radiation belt where they
remain for weeks or months following the passage of the shock front through the
magnetosphere. Others work their way back out into the magnetosheath and
are lost to space.....Unquote
This JPL quote clearly indicates that a positive ion flow diverges
from the
Earth, in much the same manner that Solar wind diverges from the Sun.

The phenomena of solar wind and sunward traveling electrons
provide strong evidence for the validity of a prime radiation and shadowing
system existing as the
first cause of the solar wind and "remote" forces. The following
quote is from Los Alamos National Laboratory's and NASA's report on the Genesis
and Ulysses spacecraft solar wind data which discusses the finding of sunward
traveling electrons.
Quote: At the American Geophysical Union (AGU) meeting Wiens will report
on early data analysis that has yielded a surprise finding of sunward
traveling electrons in high-speed “coronal hole” solar wind that mimics
solar wind electrons from Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) that are sometimes
responsible for communications blackouts and power interruptions on Earth. With
CMEs, both ends of the magnetic field lines are connected back to the sun,
forming a large loop along which electrons can travel in both directions.
Coronal holes do not have such loops, leading to the question of why the
electrons travel in both directions in this type of wind.
Wiens and his colleagues have determined that the sunward electrons
have leaked from plasma heated at more distant shock waves. The shock waves
are associated with the long spiraling arms of solar magnetic fields drawn out
into space by the fast coronal hole solar wind. This phenomenon has been
observed in the solar wind much further from the sun by another Los Alamos
instrument on the Ulysses spacecraft. The new GENESIS
observation is the first time that "bidirectional flow" in coronal holes has
been observed near the Earth. The discovery now allows scientists to better
differentiate between two very similar types of solar wind signals originating
from two very dissimilar solar phenomena—potentially resulting in more
accurate early warning of large solar events that could disrupt power and
communications on Earth. Unquote

The bold face type in the above quote has been added by the current author to emphasize
the fact that Sunward traveling electron flow really does exist. The second
important phenomenon revealed by the quote is that positive ions (Earth wind )
is being expelled from Earth in the same manner that Solar wind is expelled from
the Sun.
This next quote is from the Encyclopedia Britannica and refers to the separation
of ions (polarization) in the ionosphere.
Quote
The abundance of H+ and He+
increases with altitude. Eventually H+ becomes the dominant
component of the ionosphere, and the polarization field is then
diminished. A field equivalent to the gravitational force acting on a body of
mass 0.5 atomic units, ... "directed upward" ...for ions and
..."downward" ...for electrons, is
sufficient to maintain equal densities of H+ and electrons. ... Unquote

Cosmic E Field Features, a summary
-
The Earth's shadowing of the isotropic Pe radiation
spectrum causes the earth to appear as a positive static charge in
reference to outer space.

All celestial bodies (Suns, Planets, Moons, and
Magnetic fields) shadow the cosmic E field (Pe) of space, and thus
appear positive and sink electrons and negative ions from space.

A Nasa sattilte has reveled that a fountain of electrons
and negitive ions exist and exit from each of the Earth's poles.

Is this a feedback system where the planet attracts
electrons, the electron flow establishes a magnetic field, and the
magnetic field attracts more electrons?

The negative charge fountains at the polls complete the
circuit by returning the electrons to outer space.

As the earth then repels positive charges a voltage
gradient of one half-million volts develops between the earth and the
positive ions of the upper atmosphere. This is an analog of the induced
internal polarization of insulating dielectric molecules, which is of course
opposite to the polarity of the capacitor charge.

The cosmic shadowing E field gradient also provides the
means for separating the opposing charges in thunder clouds and the
ionosphere.

Without the E field gradient due to shadowing, the
opposing charges of the atmosphere would normally attract and neutralize
each other and lightning would not occur.
